Emily Gimble
Born into two generations of Texas musicians, this young singer-songwriter
from Waco seems destined for greatness. Her grandfather, Johnny Gimble, played
fiddle with Bob Wills. Her father, Dick Gimble, is a much-loved music professor
with a knack for country, jazz, rock and folk. With this kind of heritage, it's
no wonder Emily can play fiddle, guitar and her instrument of choice, the piano.
